Sunday services

We love Sundays

Sunday is the most important day of the work at Filadelfia and there are 4 services held every Sunday.

Sunday service at 11 AM in Icelandic

Our 11 AM service is the largest gathering of the week and takes place in our main auditorium. People come from all age groups and everyone is welcome.

We offer childcare for children 3-12 years old.

For those that don't speak Icelandic, a translation service to English is available.

After the service, light refreshments are available in the cafeteria on the middle floor of the church.

Service at  1 PM in spanish

At 1 PM, we offer a service in Spanish that takes place in the auditorium on the bottom floor of the church.
Everyone is welcome - especially our Spanish-speaking friends. After the service, light refreshments are offered in the cafeteria on the middle floor of the church.

Service at 2 PM in English

At 2 PM, we offer a service in English in the main auditorium of the church. We call this service 'International Church' as we have people from all over the world attending this service, whether they intend to be in Iceland for a short or a long period of time.
We over childcare during the service and, after the service, light refreshments are available in the cafeteria on the middle floor of the church.

Service at 8 PM in Icelandic

The 8 PM service takes place in the side auditorium of the church. It is run by our young adults with worship and teaching designed for this age group. However, all are welcome to come and be a part of this service.
